Tropical Storm Cindy is the only tropical system remaining out there. Cindy is weakening as it moves northwestward at 21 MPH with 50 MPH maximum sustained winds. There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect. Cindy could degenerate into a trough of low pressure by Tuesday.
