Update: Victor Abron was taken into custody shortly after 1:30 PM today (May 12, 2023)

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office Chief Jimmy Travis is asking the public's assistance in locating 54 year-old Victor Abron, a convicted sex offender and a Hammond resident.

Abron is wanted on warrants for Failure to Register as Sex Offender, Duties of Offender to Report Change of Address, Simple Battery, Protective Order Violation, and Failure to Appear (2 counts).
