District Attorney Warren Montgomery reports that on May 4, 2023, a St. Tammany Parish Grand Jury indicted Kenneth Charles Caton, age 38 and of Madisonville, for sexual acts that occurred in multiple locations in St. Tammany Parish between the years 2017 and 2022 on four victims under the age of 13.
The sexual acts include First Degree Rape (2 counts), Sexual Battery (3 counts), Molestation of A Juvenile (2 counts), and Aggravated Crime Against Nature.
