"Growing up, I was always taught that there’s a time and place for everything. Since taking office, I’ve wanted to respond to a lot of things but referred back to this basic lesson. Fellow citizens, I’m asking you to join me at the State of the City Address on Thursday, April 27th at the Bogalusa High School Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30, speech starts at 7pm. This is the time and the place. I’m giving you the details from the moment I walked in City Hall up until now—the good, bad and ugly. As your mayor, I aim to be as transparent as possible. Be my guest. We have a lot of new projects to announce!"
