Tiffany Mitchell Carney with the Bogalusa Balloon Festival has advised that the committee was informed by the City of Bogalusa that the FAA will not allow the event to take place at the Bogalusa Airport.
They are looking for an area 5-10 acres in size for use during the weekend of June 2-4, 2023.
The event consists of hot air balloon shows and flights, tethered rides - all weather permitting; live music, arts and crafts and food vendors and a carnival, if conditions are right.
