Charles Pepe, age 89, passed away on Tuesday January 10, 2023. He was born in Bogalusa on August 31, 1933. He owned and operated Pepe’s Drugs in Bogalusa for years.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Elizabeth Pepe of 66 years. Also preceded in death were his parents George and Jennie Pepe; 1 brother Dr. John Pepe; 3 sisters Mary Pepe Drouant, Lena Pepe Gonzales, and Dora Pepe Hudson.
He is survived by his 4 children Louise Pepe Walker, Mary Ann Norris, Charles Michael Pepe (Nana), and George Edward Pepe (Nancy); 10 grandchildren Kara Leigh Walker, Adrienne Elizabeth Aucoin (Adrian Jr.), Allison Anne Norris, Ryan Lee Pepe, Andrew Reese Pepe, Ross Michael Pepe, Michael Reed Pepe, Brandon Edwin Pepe, Jacob Thomas Pepe, and Austin Charles Pepe; 2 great grandchildren Adele Elizabeth Aucoin, and Adrian Emile (Trey) Aucoin III. Also 1 brother Angelo Pepe and 1 sister Joyce Ann Pepe Laughlin.
He will be sadly missed by many.
