The Bogalusa Police Department reported today (January 16, 2023) that on Saturday (January 14, 2023) morning, BPD officers responded to a shooting on E. 8th Street near May Avenue in the River Terrace (Ivy Trace) Housing Development.
One male subject was shot multiple times, while outside of his apartment. The victim was transported to a regional hospital and remains alive.
