April Michelle Brandon

March 31, 1977 - November 18, 2022

Ms. April Michelle Brandon, age 45, passed on to her next life November 18 th , 2022. She was a resident of Bogalusa, La. Now she is free from the struggles of the world and finally at peace. 

She enjoyed attending dance classes and performing on stage as a child, attended Bogalusa High School and participated in band, flag team, and other school clubs. Graduated from Sullivan Vocational-Technical School with a degree in Office Systems Management. 

She is survived by two daughters: Kristen Lavinghouse Shiyou and her husband Cody Shiyou of Bay St. Louis, Ms and Andrea Lavinghouse Grimes and her husband Archie “Trey” Grimes III of Varnado, La. Three Grandchildren: Scarlett Shiyou, Clayton Shiyou, and Archie Grimes IIII. Her Father: Theodore Brandon and his wife Betty Brandon of Varnado, La. Two Brothers: Jason Brandon Cooper and his husband Christopher Cooper of Baton Rouge, La and Jon Brandon and his wife Marsha “Shelly” Brandon of Angie, La. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

She is preceded in death by her Mother: Carolyn Landrum Miley and her Grandparents: Clovice “Jack” Landrum and his wife Lula Mae Cutrer Landrum of Bogalusa, La and Katherine McClendon Miller of Bogalusa, La.
