Linda Sue Hodges Seal

January 19, 1947 - November 5, 2022

Linda Sue Hodges Seal, born in January 1947, and being a life-long resident of Washington Parish, passed away early Saturday morning November 5, 2022. She loved gardening, and siting on her front porch spending time with family. She had a huge heart, and loved her friends and family fiercely. She was a beautiful soul, and a force of nature. She will be missed by many.

Ms. Linda is survived by 2 sons; Chuck, and Darrell Jarrell, both of Bogalusa; a daughter; Lindy (Shane) Odom of Huntsville, Alabama; 2 sisters; Pam (Keith) Sumrall of Poplarville Ms., and Anita (Danny) Stogner of Bogalusa; a brother; Roger (Pam) Forbes of Poplarville Ms.; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren that she loved dearly.

She is proceeded in death by her father; Owen Hodges and stepmother Lillie Mae Hodges; mother; Mildred Spiers and stepfather Don Spiers; her husband, Fredrick Seal; daughter, Penny Jarrell; 2 sons; Philip Jarrell, and Chadrick Seal; 3 brothers; Randy Hodges, Larue Hodges, and Harold “Junior” Forbes; a stepbrother, Kenny Miller; and her fury best friend, and faithful companion, Tinker.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 PM on November 10, 2022 at Ponemah Cemetery in Bogalusa, Louisiana.
