A trough of low pressure is over the central subtropical Atlantic. Some slow development of this system is possible during the early or middle part of this week while it moves generally northward, remaining over the central Subtropical Atlantic. Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent and formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
