Landan Micai Williams

March 27, 2008 - July 31, 2022

Landan Micai Williams was born on March 27, 2008 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Prinavia Williams and Hosea Veals. Landan departed his earthly life on July 31, 2022 at Children's Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Landan was an adventurous young lad who, although short-lived, enjoyed his life to the fullest - a trait he genetically inherited from his his mother. He was an A/B Honor Roll student and enjoyed playing his playstation, dancing, texting, and being among his family and friends as the life of the event – another mother-gained characteristic. Though Lan's days were brief, the memories sthat were captured will forever be cherished by his father: Hosea Veals, his siblings: Dalon, Kori, Gavin, Chayston, and Brayden Veals; his maternal grandfather: Luther Charles Spikes; his paternal grandfather: Bruce Veals; his paternal grandmother: Linda Modica; his guardian: Uncle Luther (Keonta) Peters; his five uncles: Benjamin and Lonnie Holmes, William Jade Foster III, Cedrick and Chelsey Payne; his maternal great-grandmother: Juanita Spikes; a Godbrother: Eugene Harry IV; and a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. 

Landan was preceded in death by his mother: Prinavia Williams; his maternal grandmother: Priscilla Williams; a bonus grandmother: Shon Peters Spikes; his uncle: Montrell Jackson; his maternal great-grandmother: Dorothy Williams Smith; his maternal great-grandfather Amos (Bennie Ruth) Spikes, and paternal great-grandfather: Leon Lewis.

The Funeral Service will be at 12:30 PM on August 13, 2022 at New Beginnings in Angie, Louisiana.
