Steven Phillip Starns
November 3, 1959 - July 20, 2022
Mr. Steven Phillip Starns, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in Covington, LA at the age of 62.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Karl Starns, Jr. and Joan Yvonne Bass and a brother, Michael David Starns.
Mr. Starns is survived by two brothers, Brett (Lynn) Starns of Bogalusa, LA and Karl Starns, III of Bogalusa, LA.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Ponemah Cemetery at a later date.
