Gary Wayne Warren

June 24, 1962 - April 7, 2022

Gary Wayne Warren, age 59 and a resident of Pine, passed away Thursday night April 7, 2022 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. He worked as a crane operator for Bertucci Contracting Corporation for 21 years and more recently worked for Barriere Construction for 6 years. Gary enjoyed being in the outdoors often riding his tractor or mowing his grass. He loved reading Western novels and watching Old Westerns movies and TV shows. Gary was married to his high school sweetheart and definitely loved spending quality with her and his family. He adored his grandchildren and always enjoyed watching them play.

Survived by: Wife of 40 years: Sherry Graves Warren of Pine; 2 Daughters and Sons in law: Ashley and James Kellar of Pine, Amanda and John Fuller of Abita Springs; Son: Gary Alan Warren of Pine; 4 Grandchildren and a Spouse: Chloe Kellar, Caroline Kellar, Emma Fuller, Erin and Tucker Bruce; Parents James Donald Warren and Margie Magee Warren of Pine; Brother: Wesley Warren; Sisters and Brothers in law: Jennifer and Eddie Barber, Donna and Greg Givens; Special Longtime Friends: Randy Spears, James Stubbs, Craig Barber; Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by nephew Desmond Warren, brothers in law Carlos Dowdy, Wayne Martin, mother in law Diane Crain and his grandparents.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Sunday April 10th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Sunday with Eld. Richard Magee and Rev. Tom Descant officiating. Burial will follow in the Warren Family Cemetery.
