Suspected Drug Dealer's Home Burglarized Moments After Being Arrested

Yesterday (March 16, 2022), Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office deputies went to a residence on Holland Street in Ponchatoula in search of 45 year-old Anna Nuccio, who had an outstanding  Failure To Appear warrant for prior narcotics charges. A search of the residence located heroin, suspected meth, suspected marijuana, and pills. 

Six persons were arrested, including Nuccio. A short time after transporting the six subjects away from the home, deputies received a tip that other persons had arrived on scene and were actively burglarizing the residence. Deputies returned to the home and found that three other persons had forced entry into the residence and had begun removing items from within. These three were taken into custody as well.

The following persons were taken into custody on various charges: Anna Nuccio (age 45), Steven Terry (age 50), Joseph Foy (age 33), Zachary Heaton (age 30), Meagan Meadows (age 32), Chris Shurley (age 29), Michael Weldon (age 22), Scott Bigner (age 51), Christina Deangelo (age 45). 



Note: All persons accused of any crime are assumed innocent until proven guilty.
