Alice Ann Hebert Husser

September 17, 1938 - March 16, 2022

Alice Ann Hebert Husser, age 83 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away peacefully Wednesday night March 16, 2022 at her home. She was a former longtime resident of Westwego and Kenner, where she was a member of Williams Boulevard Baptist Church. Alice has lived in Washington Parish for the last 30 years. She attended Hillcrest Baptist Church for a time and more recently attended Enon Baptist Church. Alice worked as an operator for Bellsouth for many years. She always enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her family.

Survived by: Children and Spouses: Robin and Perry Thurmond, Robert and Zeita Papineau, Johnny Johnson, Lisa and Keith Varrato, Kaleb and Trista Danos; Step-children and Spouses: Becky and Chuck Guillot, Vickie and Les Bascle, Tanya Husser, William E. “Bill” Husser, Jr.; Sisters in law and Brothers in law: Pearl Hebert, Ramona Hebert, Carol and Sidney Porrier, Jay and Karen Husser; Also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members

She was preceded in death recently by her husband of over 30 years William Edward “Bill” Husser, Sr., her parents Alexie Hebert and Eva Dantin Hebert and 8 brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday March 21st from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am Monday with Rev. Chris Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Sheridan Cemetery near her home.
