Lloyd Bowman Russell

October 29, 1953 - January 30, 2022

Lloyd Bowman Russell, a resident of Roseland, LA, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. He was born October 29, 1953 in Amite, LA and was 68 years of age. He served in the United States Marine Corp as Lance Corporal. He was a graduate of Amite High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. He was also an avid hunter, fisherman and retired truck driver. 

He is survived by his sisters, Fairba Russell Cade (Raymond), Osyka, MS; Nancy Jane Russell Forbes (Robert), Roseland, LA; and Julie Kathy Russell, Osyka, MS. Stepbrothers, Wendell Miller (Diane), Amite, LA and J.C. Miller, Kentwood, LA; Nieces, Laura Forbes Ricuard, St. Francisville, LA; Celeste Cade Hickman (Tommy), Osyka, MS; Christie Cade Quin (Ray), Osyka, MS. Great Nieces, Kathrine and Camdyn Quin, Osyka, MS; Great Nephews, Connor Quin, Osyka, MS; Robert Ricuard, Fort Bragg, NC and Bruce Ricuard, St. Francisville, LA. 

Preceded in death by his Parents, Roy Russell and Juanita Bowman Russell Miller Amite, LA; Stepfather, Emmett Miller, Amite, LA; and Brother, Roy V. Russell, Roseland, LA. 

Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 11:00AM until 1:00PM on Thursday, February 3, 2022. Graveside Services will follow at Arcola-Roseland Cemetery.
