Oscar Roland Seal, Jr.

May 14, 1932 - January 20, 2022

Oscar Seal passed away on January 20, 2022, at his home in Crossroads, MS at the age of 89 surrounded by his family and friends.

Junior was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Oscar Roland Seal and Mae Jane Seal, and was a resident of Crossroads, MS where he and his wife raised their five children and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Juanita Buras, and brother W.J. Seal. 

Junior leaves behind his beloved wife of 60 years Gearldine Aldridge Seal; his children, Jeff Seal of Crossroads, MS, Diary (Raymond)Fuller of Foxworth, MS, Lynn (Robert Wheat) Seal of Crossroads, MS, Julian (Kelly) Seal of Crossroads, MS, and Tony (Christa) Seal, of Bogalusa, LA.; brothers Jessie (Joyce) Seal, and David Seal; sisters, Hilma Williams, Eloise Wheat; brothers-in-law, Lee (Linda) Aldridge, Wayne (Jean) Aldridge; sisters- in -law, Mae Duncan, Elizabeth Aldridge, & Mary (Paul) Shaw; grandchildren, Jordan (Johnathan)Lott, Tyler (Brittany) Seal, Emily Seal, Tabitha Seal, Amanda (Chase) Sartin, Dustin (Julie) Stogner, Lee (Abby)Fuller, Joshua (Melissa) Hartfield, Colby (Zoe) Seal, Miranda, Celena and Mason Wheat, Nicholas, Jacob, and Noah Smith, Natalie Seal, Ethan and Eli Seal,  and  also his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jackson, Gavin, Maddie, Joey, Mekenzie, Ensley Dalton, Owen, Carter, Holden, McKenzie, Charlotte, Cam, and Raelynn. Junior is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends Larry (Debbie) Clement.

Visitation will be held at Crossroads United Pentecostal Church on Sunday January 23rd from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. and Monday January 24th from 10:00 A.M. until time for the services at 1:00 P.M.  Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
