Betty Ann Robinson

September 16, 1952 - January 11, 2022

Betty Ann Robinson transitioned into eternal rest peacefully on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Post Acute Hospital in Covington, LA.

Betty was born September 16, 1952 in New Orleans, LA to Mr. Willie and Wilda Anthony, she was the oldest of nine children.

Sis. Betty Ann accepted Christ as her lord and savior; she was tremendously blessed with a special gift of singing the Gospel for the Lord.

On October 12, 1969, Betty Ann was united to her beloved husband the late Mr. Bonnie Ray Robinson and to this union five children were born. 

Betty was a devoted church member of Full Vision Holy Temple under the leadership of her son; Pastor, Kendrick Robinson Sr. in Franklinton, LA

Betty leaves to cherish her loving memories, five sons;  Michael Robinson,  Lovell Robinson, Kendrick (Terry) Robinson,  Steven Robinson  and  Isiah Robinson all of Franklinton, LA;  two grandchildren; Kendrick Robinson, Jr. and  A’Laiya Robinson both of Franklinton, LA; her mother; Mrs. Wilda Anthony of New Orleans, LA;  five sisters;  Wilda Faye (Charles) Cooley,  Barbara (Donny) Williams and Patricia Jiles all of New Orleans, LA;  Sandranett (Ervin) Whitaker and Corinthia (James) Files both of Atlanta, GA;  two brothers;  Willie Anthony II of Austin, TX;  and  Lionel Anthony of New Orleans, LA and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bonnie Ray Robinson; her father, Pat Crain and Willie Anthony; one brother, Michael Anthony. 

A Drive Through Viewing on Wednesday, January 27, 2022 from 4:00PM – 6:00PM at Crain and Sons.

A Graveside Service on Thursday, January 28, 2022 at 12:00PM at Wilson Cemetery with Pastor Kendrick Robinson Sr., Officiating. 

Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
