Judy Phelps Thornton
July 14, 1965 - December 16, 2021
Mrs. Judy Phelps Thornton, age of 56, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Our Lady Of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa, LA.
Mrs. Judy is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Roy Thornton. She is also survived by one son: Jacob Thornton; one daughter: Laurel and her husband Brandon Boone; a grandchild: Lynlee; a sister Linda Sharp; one brother, Charles K. Phelps; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends that loved her dearly throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father: Edward James Phelps; her mother: Kathleen Phelps; and two brothers: James Wendell Phelps and Kenneth Phelps.
She is loved fiercely and deeply, just as she loved others. We take comfort in knowing Mrs. Judy is now at peace, surrounded by light.
