Donald R. Hobgood
November 14, 1966 - November 16, 2021
On November 16, 2021, Mr. Donald Hobgood passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family in Tylertown, MS, but was born and raised in Bogalusa, LA. Mr. Hobgood was a painter for more than 20 years, an avid fisher and hunter, and loved his horses.
Mr. Hobgood is survived by his two sons: Donald “Donnie” Hobgood, Jr. and Steven (Liana) Hobgood; five grandchildren: Destin Hobgood, Braeleigh Hobgood, Lilliana Hobgood, Kane Hobgood, and Caelyn Hobgood; one brother: Ricky Hobgood; and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Floyd and Dolly “Louise” Hobgood, and one brother, Floyd “Harold” Hobgood, Jr.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 AM on November 19, 2021 at Seal Cemetery in Stateline.
Brown-McGehee Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
