Covington Police Investigating Stabbing

In the early morning hours of November 10, 2021, Officers with the Covington Police Department responded near the intersection of N. Taylor Street and Schoultz Drive and found a male subject laying in the street, suffering from multiple stab wounds to the torso area. Aid was immediately rendered to the victim until Covington Fire Department and Acadian Ambulance Service arrived on scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. This condition is considered stable at this time. 

CPD's Criminal Investigations Division has taken over the investigation and CPD is asking the public to contact the Covington Police Department if they have any information relative to this stabbing by calling 985-892-8500.
