Sharon Henry Warren

March 14, 1962 - September 28, 2021

Sharon Henry Warren, affectionately known as “Breeze”, was born on March 14, 1962 in Bogalusa, LA to the late Earl Varnado and Dixie L. Marks. She departed this earthly life peacefully at the age of 59 on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Riverside Medical Center.

She was an active member of the Sweet Rest Missionary Baptist Church where she attended regularly until her health declined.

Sharon was employed at Good Samaritans Nursing Home as Head Cook for many years. She was also a caregiver at many facilities within the parish.

Sharon loved her family unconditionally and her family loved her just as much. Her passion was spending time with her family, cooking, dancing, listening to music, playing cards, watching sports, having fun while making others laugh, and enjoying her friends. 

She leaves to cherish her loving memories, a devoted husband, Gregory Warren; two beautiful daughters, Ynika Henry and Lameshia Long; a special son-in-law, Terrance Bickham; seven grandchildren, Kabe Wilson, Jaki Brown, Aria Bickham, Terry Bickham, Jr., Dunyla Anders, Duniele Anders, Jr., Amani Hart; four brothers, Harry (Shelby) Anders, Richard Anders, Darryl (Tinna) Anders, Bobby Anders; three sisters, Lorretta (Thad) Gatlin, Mona Lisa Fowler, Vickie Anders all of Franklinton, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Varnado and Dixie L. Marks; two sisters, Ladonis Ann Marks and Mary Fabre; one brother, Vince Anders; grandparents, Gertrude Pittman and Marie Varnado.

A drive through viewing on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 4:00PM – 6:00PM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home.

Funeral service on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00PM at Sweet Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Norwert Hills, Jr. – Pastor Officiating. Interment – Sweet Rest Memorial Park. 

Crain and Sons Funeral Home, Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
