Brenda Gayle Forbes

July 21, 1958 - October 26, 2021

Brenda Gayle Forbes, 63 years of age, passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at her residence in Angie, LA.

Brenda was born July 21, 1958 in Bogalusa, LA to the late Roy and Jessie Galloway.  Brenda graduated from Bogalusa High School, class of 1976. She worked for the Crown Zellarback Box Factory and later was a fulltime homemaker.

Brenda married the late Harry Jack Forbes in August of 1982. They had 3 children, Joshua Forbes, Kristen Kinnamon, and Dustin Forbes. Brenda loved to listen to music, watch movies and spend time with her family. She loved spending time with her grandkids. She also loved her pet Chihuahua, Bobo.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and beautiful soul.

Brenda is survived by her children Joshua (Liza) Forbes, Kristen (Derrick) Kinnamon, Dustin Forbes, Tiffany (Adam) Ledet; grandchildren Joshua Jude Forbes, Jacob Forbes, Jonah Forbes, Jesse Forbes, Kira Kinnamon, Eli Kinnamon, Beau Kinnamon, Payton Kinnamon, Madison Ledet,  and Ayden Ledet.  She is also survived by her brother Larry Galloway and sister Linda Galloway Green, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.  

Brenda was proceeded in death by her husband Harry Jack Forbes and also her parents Roy and Jessie Galloway. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 10:00 A.M. until time for the services at 2:00 P.M. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home with interment to follow at Adams Cemetery in Isabel, LA.
