Ellen Ann Anderson Anthony

Ellen Ann Anderson Anthony, age 80 and a resident of Franklinton passed away Saturday October 2, 2021 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital after a brief illness. She was a native of Ponchatoula and former resident of New Orleans, where she worked in the banking industry and also served with the budget office of Tulane University and the office of the Louisiana Nature Center.
Survived by: Daughter: Emma Bardwell of Poplarville; Grandchildren: Jeremy Bardwell, Ian and Sandy Anthony, Eli Anthony, Wes Anthony, Tye Anthony; Great-grandchildren: Mason and Karli; Loving Companion: John C. Wick of Franklinton; Brothers: Gary Anderson, Ronald “Beau” Anderson; Daughter in law: Irene Anthony; Also numerous nieces, nephews and other family members
She was preceded in death by sons Edgar Allen Anthony, E. Henry Anthony, parents Harry Anderson, Sr. and Naoma Font Anderson and a brother Harry Anderson, Jr.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home on Friday, October 15, 2021 after 4:00 pm with a memorial service to be held at 6:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Cecil Locke officiating.
