Cindy Barber Thomas
November 27, 1959 - September 16, 2021
Cindy Barber Thomas, age 61 and a resident of Tylertown, MS passed away peacefully early Thursday morning at her home following a lengthy battle with cancer. She worked at Washington Bank in Franklinton for many years and also in other locations of the banking industry. Cindy enjoyed traveling and tending to her flowers. She was a nearly lifelong member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Cindy loved taking care of her family, as well as her pet dogs, and she cherished the time spent with her young grandson.
Survived by: Husband: Chadwyck Thomas of Tylertown; Son: Kade Brumfield; Grandson: Kase Brumfield; Brother and Sister in law: Eddie and Patty Barber and their children A.J. and Amy; Mother in law: Jeanelle Thomas; Special Nephews and Nieces: Steve Barber, Acy Barber, Lisa Dykes; Sister in law: Gretchen Thomas; Also numerous other family members and many dear friends
She was preceded in death by her mother Aline Foster Stafford, father Mose Barber, brother Gwen Barber and father in law Perry Thomas.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday September 19th in the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (19840 Lee Road, Franklinton) with Rev. Derek Dantin, Rev. Russell Adams, Rev. Lynn Martin, Rev. Acy Barber officiating.
