Lorraine Stogner Magee

May 21, 1965 - September 15, 2021

Lorraine Stogner Magee, age 56 and a resident of Franklinton died Wednesday morning September 15, 2021 at her home. She worked as a pharmacy technician for many years at Thrifty Drugs, Ideal Pharmacy and most recently at Forshag’s and Remedies. Lorraine also served as the manager of Popeye’s in Franklinton when it first opened. She enjoyed crafting and shopping. Lorraine was always a kind person that would do whatever she could to help others in need. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother that adored her young grandchildren and loved watching them play sports.

Survived by: Husband of 34 years: Russell Magee of Franklinton; 2 Sons and Daughters in law: Jermey and Monica Magee, Joshua and Collin Magee all of Franklinton; Special Niece and Nephew: Brandy and David Merritt; Grandchildren: Brantley, Parker, Alexis, Mackenzie, Holly, Trysten, Cooper, Katherine, Wyatt, James; Mother in law: Carolyn Magee; Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, other family members and many dear friends

She was preceded in death by her parents Hollis Stogner, Sr. and Fannie Lee Schilling Stogner, a brother Hollis “Porky” Stogner, Jr. and father in law Russell Magee, Sr.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Monday September 20th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Monday with Rev. Mike Stafford and Rev. Brad Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Magee Cemetery in Enon.

Pallbearers: Jermey Magee, Joshua Magee, Zachary Barnes, Jesse Jones, Godfrey Mizell, Cody Mizell, Kevin Kennedy

Honorary Pallbearers are Brantley Magee, Cody Brumfield
