The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office reports that on September 14, 2021, a blue Honda Civic was stolen from Bedico, La. Inside the car was the victim's purse.
Two days later (September 16, 2021), the person pictured here was captured on surveillance video attempting to make a purchase using the victim's credit card.
