Tropical Outlook Today

Disturbance 1. Tropical Storm Fred may lead to flooding impacts across the Southeast through Tuesday and then northward by the middle of the week.

Disturbance 2. Tropical Depression Grace is bringing heavy rainfall and threats of flooding to the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Cuba, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. Grace is expected to move into the Gulf by the end of the week. It is too soon to say whether this system will have any impact on the northern Gulf Coast region.

Disturbance 3. Tropical Depression Eight is forecast to become a tropical storm later today as it threatens Bermuda.
