Due to the rise of COVID cases in our region, Florida Parishes Human Services Authority (FPHSA) has temporarily resumed primarily providing telehealth (phone and video) services to meet the community’s outpatient behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorders) and developmental disabilities needs while protecting the health and safety of our staff and clients. This does not include any clients that receive injections or who may be deemed clinically appropriate to be seen in person. We will continue to accept new clients for as long as our resources allow to ensure that we are able to help those in need across our community. We understand that we are living in challenging times and want you to know that we do not refuse services to anyone due to the inability to pay.
