A strong tropical wave over the far eastern Atlantic should be slow to develop, if at all, as it moves westward to west-northwestward at 15 to 20 mph across the tropical eastern and central Atlantic through the middle of next week. Formation chance through 48 is at 10% and formation chance through 5 days is at 20%.
