We are under a tropical storm warning. The path, rain, and wind forecast for Potential Tropical Cyclone Three is presented here. Rainfall totals of 4 to 8 inches with isolated maximum amounts of 12 inches are expected across portions of the Central Gulf Coast beginning today. It is expected to make landfall as a tropical storm along the southern Louisiana coastline.
