Grace Ingram Receives Louisiana Sheriffs' Scholarship

Washington Parish Sheriff Randy “Country” Seal recently awarded a Louisiana Sheriffs’ scholarship to Grace Ingram, a recent graduate of Pine High School. Ingram, the daughter of Mike and Cynthia Ingram, plans to attend Louisiana State University and pursue a biological sciences and pre-med degree. Her goal is to become a physician specializing in dermatology.

While a student at Pine High School, Ingram was Captain and a four year member of the Raiderette dance team, a member of the student council, secretary of the National Beta Club, senior class secretary and student of the month.

“I am so pleased to award this scholarship to Grace on behalf of Louisiana Sheriffs,” stated Sheriff Seal. “Grace is named appropriately, as she is a splendid symbol of grace. We anticipate great things from this young lady as she pursues her education and desired medical degree. Washington Parish can take great pride in all that this young lady has accomplished and will accomplish in days to come. Congratulations, Grace!”
