Janet Ridgdell Thomas

September 29, 1960 - May 1, 2021

Janet Ridgdell Thomas passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 4:30 AM, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, in Franklinton, LA. She was a resident of Bogalusa, LA. She was born September 29, 1960. 

Janet was survived by her husband Randy Thomas of Bogalusa, LA. Two brothers Julius Ridgdell of Pine, LA., and Carson Ridgdell of Bogalusa, LA. Two sisters-in-law Eva Ridgdell of Pine, LA., and Mary Ridgdell of Bogalusa, LA. One brother-in-law Chuck Thomas of NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her mother Pauline Ridgdell, father John Ridgdell. Two brothers Steven Ridgdell and John “Troy” Ridgdell. One niece Leticia Ridgdell. She will be well missed by family and friends, she was loved by many.  

Services will be at First Apostolic Church in Bogalusa, Louisiana. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on May 3, 2021. The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM on May 4, 2021. Services will be officiated by Bro. Hanks. Interment at Nobles Cemetery.

Pallbearers are David Jenkins, Jeremiah Eugin, Steven Ridgdell, John Ridgdell, Danny Gill and Alex Mauldin.

Brown-McGehee Funeral Home in Bogalusa, Louisiana is in charge of arrangements.
