Muriel Broussard Woodward, a resident of Kentwood, LA, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. She was born January 12, 1936 in Gretna, LA and was 85 years of age.
She is survived by son, Marshall Woodard; daughters, Agnes Warren, Linda Knight, Theresa Erzinger and Sherry Noland; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren; sister, DeeDee Lea; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Lawerence and Theresa Broussard; husband, Joe Woodward; grandchildren, Joe “Bobo” Knight and Bobby Garantine, Jr.; great-grand-daughter, Ashley Moreau.
Visitation at Taylor Creek Baptist Church from 10:00AM until religious services at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, April 8, 2021. Interment New Zion Cemetery, Kentwood, LA. Marshall Woodard Jr.
Pallbearers will be Alvin Warren, Jonathan Ware, Jerry Harris, Aaron Rock, and Jeremiah Beauregard.
McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, in charge of arrangements.
