Obituary

Justin Wallace Bahm

February 15, 1941 - February 28, 2021

Justin Wallace Bahm, age 80 and a longtime resident of the Husser Community, left his Earthly body and entered the gates of Heaven at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born February 15, 1941 and grew up in Husser before joining the United States Navy at age 17. Justin served his country for 4 years, then returned home to marry the love of his life, Yvonne Bateman, and start a family. After a few years, he returned to his naval service and moved the family to Florida. From that point, Justin traveled the country and world becoming a decorated sailor. He loved his country and served it with great pride. Justin later retired at the highest rank he could obtain as Command Master Chief.

After returning to Husser, Justin and Yvonne began a life on the same farm that he was raised on, enjoying restoring the land to its former beauty and enjoying family and friends. Justin was a devout Christian that served the Lord with unwavering faith. His fellow members of New Sharon Baptist Church were loved by him and bore witness to the testimony of a Godly man. Nothing brought him greater joy than singing in the church choir and praising Jesus.
