The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in obtaining information about a shooting which occurred in the Lacombe area early Monday (December 21, 2020) morning.
At approximately 2 a.m. Monday, STPSO deputies were dispatched to the 26000 block of Jackson Street in Lacombe in reference to a white male who had sustained what appeared to be a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The call came shortly after the Sheriff’s Office received numerous calls of gunshots being heard in the area of nearby West Spruce Street.
The man was transported to a local area hospital, where he is being treated for his injuries.
