The debate between Vice President Mike Pence and Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris will take place at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. The debate will be moderated by USA Today's Susan Page. It is scheduled for 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST.
