John Henry Blount
January 07, 1957 - October 11, 2020
John Henry Blount was born to the late Ollie & Marjorie Blount on January 7, 1957. He graduated from Bogalusa High School in 1975.
John wanted everyone around him to be happy. He had a way of always making you laugh. He worked in the medical field for over 40 years and all of the patients looked forward to his daily humor.
He leaves to cherish him memories three sons, Jewell, John, and J.B. Blount; two brothers, Vernell and Earl Magee; two sisters, Jan Blount and Mae (Tracy) McLain; grandchildren, J. B. Blount, Janala Blount, Jewell Domieon Plummer, Aminah Quran Plummer, Malik Lamar Plummer, and Quadir Ali Plummer. John loved his family and he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 10:00AM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stanley Nathaniel - Officiating.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home - Bogalusa are in charge of arrangements.
