Charmaine Marshay Dyson Anders stepped into the loving arms of her heavenly father on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, niece, cousin, friend, and an all- around good person.
Lovingly cherishing her memories are: 2 sons Mitchell Dyson, Mt. Hermon, La.; and Michael Dyson, Hammond, La.; 3 brothers Douglas (Marietta) Dyson, Beaumont, Tx.; Phillip (Cassandra) Dyson, Houston, Tx.; and Elder Darren (Gwen) Dyson, Osceola, AR.; sister-in-law Constance Dyson, Kentwood, La.; brother -in-law Reginald Grant, Baton Rouge, La.; grandchildren Amiryan Dyson and Amazin Dyson both of Franklinton, La.; Malik Dyson of Mt Hermon; Tyler Dyson of Hammond, La.; one great-grand son Malik Dyson, Jr. (affectionately called MJ), Mt. Hermon, La.; a god-daughter/niece Brittny (Luther) Dyson-McCray, McComb, Ms.; 2 special nieces Tangela (Irvin) Range, Walker, La.; Trinity (Cobey) Grant, Baton Rouge, La.; nieces Destiny, Darian (Sean), Daja, Brook, and Tremaine ; nephews Paul Jr. Daron, Blake, Ryan, and Cameron; 3 aunts Bernadine Blackburn, Mt. Hermon, La.; Evelyena Cutrer, Dayton, Ohio; Mae Helen Hookfin, Kentwood, La.; 2 uncles William Cutrer, Kentwood, La.; and Wilton Dyson, Mt. Hermon, La.; and a host of other relatives, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Lenzie and Creola Dyson, brother Paul Dyson, Sr. and sister Conchita Grant.
A Drive through viewing will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020 from 3:00PM – 6:00PM at Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Franklinton.
A Private Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Porter- Officiating and Rev. Kerry James – Eulogist.
