Disturbance 1. Yesterday's low pressure area has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Kyle. It is heading toward the open waters of the Northern Atlantic and no threat to land areas.
Disturbance 2. Tropical Storm Josephine is expected to only produce heavy rainfall in the northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
