Everett Joseph Rhea, III (age 38) is wanted for Extortion
Briste C. Williams (age 25) is wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder and Felony Hit and Run
Richard L. Copeland (age 33) is wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder, Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon, Illegal Use of Dangerous Weapons, and Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property
