Michael Bolds, Sr.
December 24, 1948 - July 24, 2020

Mr. Michael Bolds was born December 24, 1948 to the late Rev. & Mrs. Warren N. (Catherine Fields) Bolds, Sr. He departed from his earthly home to his home-in glory at the age of 71, Friday July 24, 2020 at his residence.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife, Vera Lee Bolds of Angie, LA; one son, Cedric (Arianne) Bolds of Sun, LA; five daughters, Angela Moses of Varnado, LA, Marion Moses of Angie, LA, Fallon Moses and LaKaticia Bolds both of Bogalusa, LA, and Alainea Bolds of Richmond, CA; one brother, Warren (Barbara) Bolds, Jr., of Bogalusa, LA; three sisters, DoEllen M. Bolds Mckey of Sun, LA, Linda Bolds Williams of Marietta, GA, Sandra G. (Vernell) Bolds Smith of Jackson, MS; two uncles, Rudolph (Jesse) Bolds, Sr., of Baton Rouge, LA, and Wilfred (Eartha) Bolds, Sr., of Gretna, LA; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Warren N. Bolds, Sr., and Catherine Fields Bolds; one son, Michael Bolds, Jr.; eight siblings, Elaine, Phillip, Isaiah, Martha, Lillian Elizabeth, Alice Janet, Randy and Juanita Bolds.

Drive through visitation Thursday, July 31, 2020 at Crain & Sons Funeral Home in Bogalusa, LA, from 2:00 p.m.  until 6:00 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Linza Ray Cotton, officiating.
