Jana Elise Kennedy Denning
May 21, 1987 - June 19, 2020



Jana Elise Kennedy Denning, age 33 and a resident of Franklinton, passed away Friday morning June 19, 2020. She was an honor graduate at Bowling Green High School Class of 2005, who enjoyed painting and drawing. Jana was a member of Sunlight Baptist Church. She loved shopping and visiting with her friends. Jana was a sweet, kind-hearted person that always saw the good in everyone. She loved spending time with her family and cherished all the time she spent with Makenna.

Survived by: Daughters: Makenna, Madeline; Husband: Joseph Denning; Mother: Ramona Corkern Bowlin of Franklinton; Father and Step-Mother: Delton and Stephanie Kennedy of the Stoney Point Community; 2 Brothers: Tyler Kennedy, Dakota Kennedy; Grandmother: Laverne Corkern; Grandfather: F.D. Kennedy; Step-grandparents: Wilvie and Alvie Cox; Aunts and Uncles: Becky and Earl Jenkins, Renea and Jerry Agnew, Ernie and Shelley Corkern, Debbie Kennedy; Also brothers in law, sisters in law, numerous cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her step-father Charlie Bowlin, grandfather Ralph Corkern, grandmother Barbara Kennedy.

Visitation will be at Sunlight Baptist Church Wednesday June 24th from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the church at 11:00 am with Rev. David Hedden officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
