Charlotte Lucille Fisher
November 15, 1954 - June 15, 2020



Charlotte Lucille Fisher, age 65 and a resident of Franklinton, died Monday night June 15, 2020 at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She worked as a cashier at numerous gas stations and convenience stores in town for many years, including Big Boy’s and Market Max. Charlotte was a devoted mother and grandmother to her family and loved taking care of her young great-grandchildren. She often helped care for her large family, including many of her nieces and nephews. She was a hard worker around the house, including taking care of her yard and gardening. Charlotte loved painting and watching the butterflies around her home. She enjoyed dancing while listening to her favorite music. Charlotte was an animal lover and had many beloved pets through the years.

Survived by: Daughter: Jennifer Talley of Franklinton; Grandchildren and Spouses: Destiny Talley and fiancé Tyler Breland of Franklinton, Whitney Talley Terrell and Casey Terrell of Pine, Dalton and Jessica Talley of Franklinton; Great-grandchildren: Michael Breland, Felicity Talley, Azura Terrell, Amelia Talley, Airriana Breland; 7 Sisters and Brothers in law: Diane and Rusty Bellefy of Covington, Wanda Gayle Graham, Phyllis Crain both of Franklinton, Willetta Fisher and Everett of Mt. Hermon, Rowena Marie Call of Sheridan, Cynthia Lynn and Ronald Pellegrin of Covington, Stella and Dale McNeese of Franklinton; Brother: Billy Fisher of Covington; Also numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends

She was preceded in death by her son Robert McMichael Dykes, husband Robert Michael Dykes, parents Billy M. Fisher and Rowena Husser Fisher, and a brother Benjamin Fisher.

A memorial service for her family and friends will be planned at a later date.
