The Washington Parish Animal Shelter is taking appointments for those of you interesting in adopting a dog. Does the quarantine protocol with social distancing and staying home have you upset or bored? Just imagine how these dogs feel who have been in the shelter for longer than a month.Consider opening your heart and bringing joy to a pup that needs it. Adoption fees: include all vaccinations, microchip, ID tag, spay/neuter, deworming and some more little goodies. The fees are $80 for puppies (under 6 months) and $70 for adults.
