Kathleen Woodard Phelps
September 5, 1937 - January 28, 2020
Kathleen Woodard Phelps, was born on September 5, 1937, and passed away, at the age of 82, on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, at Resthaven Living Center, Bogalusa, LA.
Kathleen is survived by two daughters Judy Phelps Thornton and her husband Roy, and Linda Phelps Sharpe and her husband Bob. One son Charles Phelps. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her husband Edward James Phelps. Two sons Kenneth Edward Phelps and James Wendell Phelps. Graveside Services only.
The Graveside Service will be on January 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bonner Cemetery in Angie, Louisiana.
