Sheila Ratcliff Stafford
August 19, 1960 - November 18, 2019



Sheila Ratcliff Stafford, age 59 and a resident of Pine, died Monday night November 18, 2019 at Riverside Medical Center. She was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church, who truly loved her church and church family. Sheila was involved in the youth and children’s ministry as well as arranging an outing for the women of the church each month. Sheila served for 35 years at the F.A.C.C. Activity Center in Franklinton and she had a special place in her heart for her beloved friends and co-workers. Sheila adored her granddaughter and always enjoyed watching her stay active in sports and school activities. They enjoyed shopping together and going to the beach.

Survived by: Husband: Tim Stafford of Pine; Son: Matt Stafford; Granddaughter: Iris Stafford; 4 Sisters and a Brother in law: Myrna Goings, Barbara Riley both of Franklinton, Sharon and Dewittt Perry of Enon, Delores Cornette of Greensburg, LA; Brother and Sister in law: Bill and Evelyn Ratcliff of Franklinton; Sister in law: Carolyn Ratcliff of Picayune, MS; Also numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Fleet Ratcliff and Etta Gill Ratcliff, a sister Mary Ratcliff and brother Talmadge Ratcliff.

Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Wednesday November 20th from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday at Trinity Baptist Church from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will be held in the church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Eric Williams and Rev. Walter Mixon officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Gerald Cemetery in Pine.
