Lettie Taylor Foil, age 86 and a resident of Franklinton, died Thursday afternoon October 24, 2019 at her home. She was a former sitter and caregiver to those in need that loved to drink a good cup of coffee every day. Lettie was formerly a member of the Shasta Club and enjoyed bowling in her younger years. She often spent her time reading and listening to her favorite music.
Survived by: 2 Sons: Daniel G. Foil of Covington, Michael Keith Foil of Sebastabol, CA; 7 Grandchildren and Spouses: Chad Lenoch, Jessica and Casey Lormand, Justin and Brittany Foil, Corey A. Foil, Nina Foil, Deon Foil, Delanie Foil; 4 Great-grandchildren: Emily Lormand, Bastian Foil, Wyatt Foil, Ivy Foil; 3 Brothers: Benton Taylor of Bogalusa, Ray Taylor, Devon Taylor both of Franklinton; Special Friend: Patricia Foil; Also numerous nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her daughter Sheila Foil Lenoch, husband Daniel George Foil, parents John Taylor and Lilly Magee Taylor, sisters Nora Graves, Alma Thomas, Viola Peevy, Mamie Cooper, and brothers Frank Taylor, Andrew Taylor and her twin Eddie Taylor.
Per her wishes, following cremation a private family service will take place at a later date.
The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to the management and staff of Riverview Apartments in Franklinton and to her devoted caregiver Marie Dykes for their love and support.
