Sarah M. Dyson transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Tangipahoa.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Margaret (Steven) Smith, Carla Tillery, and Rhonda Jackson; her brothers, Teal Myers, Jr., Dallas Myers, Sr., Willie Ray Myers, Eddie Myers, Alfred Myers, Walter Myers, Marvin Myers, Archie Myers and Aaron Myers all of Tangipahoa, LA; three sisters, Doretha Myers of Tangipahoa, LA, Mary Williams of Hammond, LA and Gloria Moore of New Orleans, LA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Dyson; her parents, Teal Myers, Sr. and Doretha Harrell Myers; one son, Michael Jackson; one sister, Lena Mae Martin; and a grandson, Steven O'Neal Smith.
Visitation will be on Monday, August 26, 2019 from 9:00AM – 11:00AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00AM at Browns Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 7427 Martin Luther King Drive Tangipahoa, LA with Rev. Lafayette Funches – Pastor Officiating. Interment will be held at the Brown’s Quinn Cemetery.
Crain and Sons Funeral Home – Franklinton are in charge of arrangements.
