Jeffery Jarrell was booked on the charges of Failure to Appear, Failure to Pay Fine, and Resisting an Officer/Flight on Foot
Logan Jarrell was booked on the charges of Aggravated Rape (3 counts), Aggravated Crime Against Nature, and Failure to Appear
